1. How do I change the ink refill?
Removing the existing refill:
- Locate the metal lined tear-drop shaped hole on your DigiMemo (under the silver battery cover on the A502, under the ink refill cover on the back and towards the bottow of the A402)
- Place the tip of the pen vertically down into the large end of the tear-drop shaped hole
- Tilt the back of the pen directly away from the pointed thin end of the hole, this pinches the nib
- Pull the pen backwards, the nib should be held in place by the hole and slide out of the pen
Inserting a new refil:
- Slide a new refil into the pen making sure to get it the right way round
- Push it firmly into place but don't use excessive force, you will NOT hear or feel any click
- If unsure try testing it on your DigiMemo
