CRIMP AND IDC

We can manufacture IDC assemblies with pitches from 1mm through to 2.54mm.
We have an extensive range of crimp tooling, both hand and automatic, that will crimp most popular manufacturers such as Tyco, Mole, JST, ITT Cannon and Amphenol.
From small 1.25mm through to large earth crimp terminals, RF and power crimps there are few we cannot offer termination for.

CUSTOM MOULDING

We offer custom overmoulding to suit your specific application.
We can overmould grommets onto wires giving a good seal as the wires enter or exit your product.
We also offer overmoulding for connectors from D connectors through to modular plugs at competitive prices.

SOLDER

All of our solder terminations are carried out by highly trained operatives who understand the quality required for a good solder joint.
We use lead free solder as standard but can under authorization from customers use solder that contains lead.  We have been asked for certain military jobs to use this type of solder.
We solder many different types of connectors from Standard D-Subs to Military Circular Connectors to intricate RF connectors.

TELECOM

We can offer all styles of telecom and network assemblies for high speed data transmission
We supply Standard and custom lengths
Straight and right angle plugs available

COAX

We have a broad line of standard and custom flexible, semi-rigid, and Ultra-Flex cable assemblies available.

Our Chinese factory has recently invested heavily in its range of coaxial manufacturing and test equipment to offer a high quality range of custom cables
 
We can offer a wide range of coax connectors from UFL through to N type

SATA

We have kept up to date with the evolution of the SATA connector family and can offer the latest connectors on our cable assemblies.

Custom lengths can be supplied in all styles of SATA from power and signal, Slimline, Micro and E-SATA formats.

We have extensive experience in terminating circular connectors
